Hughes McMichael has acted in the role as Asset Manager on a number of large retail projects, supporting the funds and the analyst team in the implementation of asset management strategies. This involves the appointment of leasing and managing agents liaising with them to prepare the brief and leasing strategy for delivery. The leasing strategy is reviewed on a quarterly basis to determine the achievement of targets set.

In conjunction with the fund , undertaking analysis of the assets to determine what opportunities there are for added value initiatives, developing these through feasibility and on to implementation.
